I can't believe I didn't find this sooner...it is none other than BUSH giving a talk about Ocean Conservation at the Smithsonian the day before Sant Ocean hall opens. I think this is hilarious....take a look!

He says the ocean is important, then says fishing is important to presidents, especially him and then he talks about growing up in the desert and the new U.S. Ocean Action Plan....can he just make up his mind!
